If, contrary to expectations, a part of a construction kit or Advent calendar you purchased from FRANZIS is missing or defective, we will be happy to send you a replacement part.

To ensure smooth processing, please tell us the name of the product you purchased, the barcode (on the back) and, for Advent calendars, the number of the door concerned. The more precise your details, the faster we can help you.
