Withdraw from contract or cancel order

Would you like to withdraw from a current order? Within 14 days of receiving your goods, you can withdraw your contractual declaration without giving reasons. To do so, please use the following form. You will find your order or invoice number in the letterhead of your invoice or order confirmation.

Please note that digital products (ESD items) are excluded from withdrawal as soon as performance of the contract has begun with your prior express consent. By receiving the digital product, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
