Germany
For all orders and shipments within Germany (physical and digital products), FRANZIS covers the transmission or postage and packaging costs for its customers. Orders within Germany are therefore free of shipping costs!
Shipping costs differ for all other countries. You can find the costs in the following overview. The shipping costs binding at the time of your order are also shown in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation and invoice.
European Union 1
For deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria and the Czech Republic, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 9.
European Union 2

For deliveries to Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 13.
European Union 3 + Switzerland + UK
For deliveries to Malta, Cyprus, Great Britain, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 15.

Of course, there are never any shipping costs when you buy products for download.
After entering your details and the desired payment method on the following pages, your details will be listed once more on a further page so that you can correct any input errors. Confirm your order there by clicking on "Order with obligation to pay". This online shop is currently available in German.
Once you have completed the purchase of a download, you will find a download link and, if available, the corresponding serial number in your customer account in the downloads section.

Invoicing
You will receive a proper invoice for your order by email.Order confirmation, storage options
You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by email. It contains all data once more as well as the General Terms and Conditions of FRANZIS GmbH. Your specific order data is stored by us, FRANZIS GmbH, as well as in our shop system (Shopware) and our merchandise management system (Xentral).
Delivery
We currently ship all end customer orders via DHL. When shipping with DHL, delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible.
DHL: 2-4 working days
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number of your parcel. With it, you can check the status of your delivery at any time on the website of the shipping service provider.
Delivery restrictions
Our offers are aimed at customers from EU countries as well as Switzerland and Great Britain (the billing address is decisive). We only deliver goods to the countries mentioned. We can also only offer downloads to customers from EU countries, Great Britain and Switzerland.
