If, contrary to expectations, a part of your FRANZIS Advent calendar is missing or defective, we will be happy to send you a replacement part.

To ensure smooth processing, please provide the name of the product you purchased, the barcode (on the back or side), and, in the case of Advent calendars, the number of the defective door. The more accurate your information, the faster we can help you.
